Hello! I'm Aziza Virani.

I'm based in Toronto, Canada and a strong advocate for career and leadership development, as well as alternative and experiential education.

In formal terms, I hold an Honours BA in Sociology (McGill University), a Masters degree in Education (University of Toronto), and I am credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ACC - ICF). I currently lead a team of career advisors at the University of Toronto. I have expertise in coaching and advising around career pivots and emerging talent.

I am a lifelong learner with a penchant for travel, which has led to a fluency in 2 additional languages- French and Spanish - and international lived experience abroad. I work to help others craft their own paths with tools that are already their own. I value creativity and life-long learning.
